We’ll be looking at how to take that sense of calm and clarity you may have experienced, and apply it to your life outside meditation. That means being present with whatever activity you’re engaged in, rather than distracted or lost in thought.
Meditation helps us to cultivate our awareness in controlled conditions, but it’s in taking this attitude out into the world that things really start to change.
