Tackling goals—whether at work, at home, or in fitness—can be challenging. But if you take care of the mind, it can help you take care of everything else.
First up, well done on completing Take10! Maybe you’re already starting to have an idea of what it might mean to have a clearer, calmer mind. However good it’s been, rest assured, the mind’s potential is limitless, so it gets even better.
Foundation Level 2 is the next step in your Headspace Journey, a 10-day pack that builds on the basics that you established in Take10. We’ll be looking at overcoming obstacles like restlessness or sleepiness and how to gently release our grip on our own expectations. We’ll also be trying to establish a powerful sense of motivation that will help sustain your practice on good days and bad.
