If you’ve started this pack, the chances are you’re having a little difficulty getting off to sleep. But never fear, help is at hand. In this 30-day pack we’ll begin by exploring the way that we think about sleep, and how that informs our approach to it. By subtly changing our attitude to sleep it not only starts to become less of an issue, but also an opportunity to learn more about ourselves, even to empathize with those who share this problem.
We’ll also be using a visualization, of a slightly different kind: one that centers on a feeling.
