You woke up this morning and the first thing you thought was…

That was a crazy dream!

What is your typical morning ritual?

One bottle of water as soon as I wake up, exercise for 40-60 mins and then meditate for 10 minutes, then I get on the internet, unnecessary scrolling and waste my time. Then emails and try to write for a couple of hours before I get on with my day.

What keeps you up at night?


What advice would you give someone sitting down to meditate for the first time?

Just give it a chance! Rome wasn’t built in a day.

When and where do you like to meditate?

I like to meditate right after I finish my workout in the morning.

How does your mind feel before you meditate?

A cluster flux of thoughts.

How does it feel after?

A more organized and calmer cluster flux of thoughts.

What’s your favorite Headspace pack?

What has meditation helped you with the most?

My anxiety and dealing with my ADD.

What’s the last thing that made you laugh out loud?

A Vine video about the laughing fox. It’s the best and only gets better every time you watch it.

What’s the kindest thing someone did for you this week?

My dad cooked my favorite meal.

Who or what is the current love of your life?

This puppy called Nugget, that I’m dog-sitting.

What is the most important lesson life has taught you?

Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle, but also be kind to yourself because you’re doing your best.
