Glad to feel rested, physically and mentally.
I am one of those people who has their greatest burst of creative energy just after waking up and drinking coffee or tea. I am happy to engage in creative work at that point. Then take a break. So, wake up early → make tea/coffee → go to workshop → do some work before too much mental noise starts to creep in → feel some sense of creative satisfaction → take a break and meditate → start the second part of my morning.
Pretty standard concerns: the health and happiness of the people I love, work, money, choices, messing up work.
Assume that you won’t get it immediately and be patient because once you get used to it, it becomes a very comforting ritual that your day will feel strange without.
Late morning. Anywhere (truly).
Searching for distractions and other quick fix solutions.
Calm—not panicked about tough things that might come up and ready to focus.
Creativity.
Not immediately reacting to every single thing that happens—seeing otherwise derailing situations with some perspective.
My husband’s really dry sense of humor.
My friend told me that she was grateful for me.

Everything is always changing. Your perspective on the current state of your life is just as important as the things that are out of your control.
