Big glass of water. Bowl of oatmeal with blueberries and bananas and local honey to help with my allergies. Meditate. Send out some emails. Carpe diem.
Knowing I have to be up early in the morning.
If you feel like the moment you close your eyes your mind starts to explode with thoughts, don't judge yourself and just power through. Don't "expect" to be some guru. This is very much about the journey and not the destination.
In my car before a gig. I park outside the venue and tell the booker, “Hey I’m gonna be in my car for the next 20-30 minutes… let me know if you need me.” Just do a Single unguided meditation.

Headspace Pro 5. There’s this idea of “this”, only “this” happening in front of you. A lot of people tell you to “live in a moment”, but sometimes there’s a way someone says something that just resonates more with you. For me, it connected. It says, "imagine you’re walking down the street, and you’ve never been there before—you’re finding a way to try to change your perception of things. You have the power to change the way you look at a lot of things."
Being present.
"Silicon Valley" and "Rick & Morty" consistently make me laugh.
Someone made me very tasty soup. This soup-maker is very enthusiastic about the soup-making process, which makes for really great soup. It involves yogurt.
Performing.
Recently? Not really. But my father died when I was six and I imagine that had some long lasting effects.
Don't take things personally. A lot of times it has nothing to do with you.
