This pack is 30 days long and builds directly on the techniques that you learnt in the Foundation Series. Rather than trying to resist anxious thoughts we’ll be looking at ways to accept them, observe them, and allow them to pass by. This subtle shift in perspective can really help to relieve the cycle of anxious thinking that can produce chronic anxiety, or even an anxiety attack.
As well as your meditation practice, I’ll be giving you some simple exercises you can do during the day, so look out for them.
