Hi, my name is Andy. So we're gonna do this exercise lying on the floor. Once you've got your favorite toy, I'd just like you to place it on your stomach. Hopefully, it's something that will balance there on the stomach. Once it's balanced there, you can just put your hands down by the side of the body. Just give them a little, a little shake. Just move them around a little bit, and then just let them go loose on the floor. And we're gonna begin with the eyes open, and without lifting your head off the floor, you're just watching that toy move up and down on the tummy. So as you watch it, it brings a smile to your face. It's almost as though, a bit like when you go to the park and toy's getting a little ride, going up and down on the tummy. Just closing the eyes for a moment. So although you can't see it anymore, you still can feel that sensation of the toy resting on the tummy, still feel that sensation of the tummy going up and then down again, making you smile, just gently opening the eyes again. Just taking hold of the toy, giving it a gentle hug. And just take a moment to enjoy that feeling of lying there relaxed and happy....
