Hi, my name's Andy. So it's time to go to sleep. Make sure that you're lying comfortably. You've got everything around you that you need, and we're just gonna take a moment to say good night to the body to help the body relax and go to sleep. We're gonna begin with the toes. You don't need to look at the toes. You don't need to touch the toes. In the mind, we just say good night to the toes. We say good night to the feet and we let them go to sleep. We say good night to the legs. We don't need the legs 'til the morning. We just let them go to sleep. We say good night to the tummy, to the back, to the shoulders. We say good night to the arms, to the hands, to the fingers. We say good night to the head, to the face, to the mouth, to the nose, to the eyes, just closing the eyes. Our whole body now. Relaxed. It is very heavy, very sleepy, ready to drift off. Just thinking about something that makes you happy as you drift off to sleep now....
