Hi, my name's Andy. And you can do this exercise either sitting down or lying down, whatever feels more comfortable. Feel free to close your eyes. And in this exercise, we're gonna focus on the idea of a balloon, and tell you what color the balloon is. And we're gonna imagine letting go of the balloon, and watching it float into the sky one after the next. And they fly so high that you can hardly even see them anymore before they just disappear into the distance. So just imagine standing there. You have lots of balloons, but I'd like you to take a red balloon first. And you're just holding onto the string, and you can feel the balloon wants to go up, and you're just holding onto it. And then you just let go. And you watch as the balloon begins to travel up, and you just watching. Floating up. Up into the sky towards the birds, towards the clouds, it's getting smaller, that red balloon getting smaller and smaller. So you can hardly even see it anymore. And then it just disappears from view. So next you take a green balloon, and can you feel the balloon wants to go up? You hold onto the string and then you just let it go. And you watch as the green balloon begins to flow upwards very slowly at first, and you just watching as it travels up into the sky. Birds flying past. Up towards the clouds. Up into the sky til you can only just see a little bit of green in the sky, and then it just disappears from view. Next, you take a yellow balloon. And you can feel that it wants to go up into the air. So you just let go of the string, and you watch, you follow that yellow balloon going into the sky. And just looking up as it floats upward towards the birds, towards the clouds, all the way up. All you can see is at a little bit of yellow in the sky before it completely disappears. And then, finally you take a white balloon. You let go of the balloon, and you watch as it travels up into the sky. Floating upwards pass the birds, through the clouds, into the blue sky. So you can only just make out tiny bit of white in the sky, and then it disappears. And when you're ready, you can just open your eyes again....
