Hi, my name's Andy. So you can do this exercise either sitting up or lying down. Feel free to close your eyes. And in this exercise, we're going to imagine a frog sitting by the side of a lake. So imagine a frog sitting by the side of a lake. And then along comes their friend. Now there are two frogs sitting by the side of the lake. And then along comes another one. Now there are three frogs sitting by the side of the lake. And as they jump into the water, you can just gently open your eyes again....
