Hi, my name's Andy. So lying flat, just take a nice, big, deep breath, breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth. You can open your eyes, and as you lie there and you breathe naturally in and out through the nose, just begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes. You can feel your fingers, your toes. Start to just wiggle to move your hands and your feet and then the arms and the legs. And just coming up to a sitting position, so sitting upright, again, just take one more nice, big, deep breath, breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth, ready to begin your day....
