Try 14 days freeHi, my name's Andy. So it's time to go to sleep. Just take a moment to get comfortable. Maybe lie down on your back. And we're just gonna say goodnight to all the different parts of the body before we fall asleep. And we're gonna start with the toes. And we say goodnight to the toes. Goodnight to the feet. And we say goodnight to the legs. So when you say goodnight, just allowing the legs, the feet and the toes to be still. And you feel very heavy, very sleepy. And we say goodnight to the tummy. Goodnight to the back. And to the shoulders. So not moving them anymore. They feel very heavy, very sleepy. And we say goodnight to the arms, and to the hand, and to the fingers. Once we say goodnight to them, just leaving them where they are. Then we say goodnight to the head, to the face, to the mouth, to the nose. Then we say goodnight to the eyes. Closing the eyes. And just allowing the mind to drift off. Think about your favorite things as you fall asleep....
