Hi, my name's Andy. So you can do this either sitting up or lying down, but just begin with a nice, big, deep breath, breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth, and as you breathe out through the mouth, just gently closing the eyes. And for a moment, I'd like you to imagine, just picture something that really means a lot to you in your life. It might be somebody in your family. It might be a friend or a pet. Could be a place. It might even be a toy, but something that you really, really feel grateful for. Just picturing that thing and noticing how it makes you feel when you picture that thing. And then just allowing that feeling to remain but gently opening your eyes again in your own time....
