The courage that you are able to develop by embracing discomfort, by seeking it, by developing a better relationship with it feels like it equips you to then live your daily life with more grace. Last one. Ooh, the redefining of loss. I saw the video when you went to Ghana, which is where my dad is from actually-- Wow. And you were able to redefine what death is like, essentially, for yourself. I know coming from, like, western culture, it's sad, it's heavy, but watching that video with you and seeing the people in Ghana celebrate the loss of someone was really impactful for me and so I wanted to get your side of things. How was that experience for you? It was a very humbling story to hear, just that they have found a way to embrace some of the sadness and some of the loss and grief, but then later on, actually turn it into celebration of their life. I was thinking about that. I was watching the video. I'm like, "Yeah, this is really, really beautiful to see that they were able to make it a such a lighthearted and, like, such a beautiful celebration, which oftentimes we can get really consumed by the sadness of things. And I'm curious for you in redefining discomfort, has it made it easier to go towards discomfort at all? Definitely. Yeah. Yeah, 100%. I think discomfort, I feel maybe intuitively is something we try to run away from because we don't like the feeling, how it makes us feel, and sitting more with it, being more present with it allows it to kind of loosen its power over you and over time, I think you can learn how to cope with life's inevitable ups and downs in a more powerful way, more graceful way, rather than feeling a victim of it. Even if it's still painful, even if the fear is still there, I think the the courage that you are able to develop by embracing discomfort, by seeking it, by developing a better relationship with it feels like it equips you to then live your daily life with more grace. People that watch Yes Theory videos are like, "Wow, like, I wanna do that. You know, I wanna go beyond what I thought was possible. I wanna experience a new version of myself." And you also walk people through the journey as well. It's not just, like, "Here I am doing this thing and I feel really great about it." You know, we see all of you struggle together and we hear the self-doubt and the insecurity and then we're on this journey with you. And I think that that is epic. (laughs) Thank you. I think it's so epic and it embodied seeking discomfort and showing what's possible, which I think is beautiful. Thank you for saying that. The message of getting out of your comfort zone feels like it's becoming more and more important and I'm hearing it...
