Better mental health starts with Headspace

Hi, Thomas here. Welcome to this moment of reflection and journaling on our journey of seeking discomfort. By understanding our discomfort, we can learn how to work with it so we can then move past it. For example, if you're working through your fear of public speaking, what else have you noticed about this fear? Maybe you've realized you're afraid of making mistakes or failing. Oftentimes, discomfort can reveal to us that there is more to it than we anticipated. I'm curious if that's the same for you. Let's grab a pen and paper or whatever you like to journal with, and take a moment to reflect or journal. The prompt for today is what have you discovered about yourself or others that was underneath or masked by discomfort? What have you discovered about yourself or others that was underneath or masked by discomfort? We'll give you a few minutes now to reflect on this, but feel free to take whatever time you need.
