So once you're sitting comfortably just taking a couple of nice, big, deep breaths breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth. And with the next out-breath, just gently closing the eyes feeling the weight of the body, press down. And just for a moment allowing your focus, your attention to move above the head imagining a steady stream of warm sunlight flowing down into the body. To dissolve this sunlight is just gonna wash away any tension in the body, just watching as it flows down bringing with it a sense of ease and space. It travels down towards the toes and then just watching as it fills the body in any discomfort just dissolving that sunlight. It travels up the legs towards the waist and slowly into the upper half of the body and any tension just giving way and sunlight moving up through the chest, the upper back and the shoulders, and flowing down the arms into hands and into the fingers. And still that sunlight continues to flow down filling now the throat, the neck all the way up into the head and the face. Any last areas of tension softening until it reaches the very top of the head and just allowing that feeling to remain and letting go of the image in your own time you can just gently open the eyes again....
