Hi, my name's Andy. So we're gonna do this exercise lying on our backs. And allow you to begin by just imagining that there's a balloon attached to your left arm. And it's just as though the balloon as it floats up into the sky, up into the air it just lifts the left arm up. So it feels very light, just gently slowly floating up. And then it's just gonna float back down again, back towards the floor, the bed, wherever you're lying right now. And we do the same with the right arm. It's as though it's just floating up into the air the arm feels very light and then just floating back down towards the floor. The arms, the whole body just feeling rested and relaxed....
