Try 14 days freeHi, my name's Andy. So you can do this exercise either lying down or sitting upright, whatever feels most comfortable for you. In this exercise, we're gonna practice being kind, and we're gonna start by being kind to somebody who we really care about. Might be someone in your family or a really close friend. And you might find it easier if you close your eyes. So I'd like you to begin by thinking of that person, person who you would most like to be kind to. And then think about what is it that they really enjoy if they could have anything in the world. It might be a gift, might be a hug. It could be anything at all. Maybe they wanna go on holiday. You have the ability to give them anything they want. And then just imagine giving that person that thing. You see the surprise on their face. You see how happy they look, and just enjoying that feeling of seeing that other person looking really happy, noticing how that makes you feel to see that other person happy in that way. And then when you're ready, you can just very gently open the eyes again....
