(upbeat music) Hi, I'm Leon. And welcome to this quick workout for managing anxiety. So today's workout is all about stretching out releasing some of that pent up energy, becoming more aware of where we feel anxiety and maybe changing our perspective on it too. I always like to start with intention setting. Just set the intention to be present for the duration of your time with me today. And of course the mind will wander, and that's totally normal, but when it does, just gently bring it back to the movement that we're doing. Okay, let's get ready to move....
