Asking for help. Now, this is something that changed my life, but to be honest with you, it was something that saved my life. In 2023, I got diagnosed with bipolar I disorder. And this is shortly after what I felt like was the best year of my life in 2022. And I started the year with an extreme manic episode. And shortly after that, you go into depression. You go from being really high to being very, very low. And I'll never forget the day that I woke up and knew that something wasn't right. I couldn't move. I felt kind of just stuck. And at that point, I knew that this was a feeling that I've never truly felt before. I could really start to feel the sadness overtaking my body and my mind. So I finally had to reach out and I called my friend Scott. He was so worried that he took a one-way flight directly to Atlanta and got to me in the next day. And that conversation was one that opened my mind up to finally going to get the help that I needed. So as much as that was a hard thing for me to do, it was the best thing that I could have ever did. It was the thing that actually helped change my life. And not just from that moment, but moving forward in everything that I do in my life now, I learned what it means to ask for help. And I see life when you don't do so. Of course, it took hundreds of meetings with my therapist and my psychiatrist before I got to a place where I truly felt like my best self again. But that process is worth it when you think about the outcome and you think about a place that you wanna be. Of course, it's uncomfortable, but as a man, you're told that you are not strong and that you're weak. But it was the strongest thing I could have ever did was to be honest with my people and go and put myself in a position to be better. To me, I always say that to not take care of yourself and to neglect yourself is to say that you don't care about the ones that you love because my family and my friends deserve the best version of myself. And if I wanna do so, show up for them, then I gotta show up for me. The person that never asks for help is thinking that they're portraying what it means to be strong, but in reality, that's a person that's scared. And to be scared is to hold yourself back from opportunities that could change your life indefinitely. You don't have to announce to the entire world that you're struggling. You don't gotta go online, tell all your friends, your followers, and everybody that you're going through a tough time. You gotta let one person in, somebody that truly...
