Yeah, it was like a pretty defining moment being on top of this mountain and overcoming this fear. And now I feel that I'm definitely gonna be able to build from this experience knowing that I can handle myself in this situation. Yeah. Alright. You ready? I'm ready. Shaking it up. Loneliest house on the Earth. Okay. Yep. So we were filming this story where there was an old fire cabin that were used in the '30s to look out for forest fires built literally on this steep peak. And I'm not a fan of heights. Yeah. It's definitely something that has been my biggest struggle, and I feel has limited me from doing certain things and held me back from wanting to be a part of certain experiences, and doing this hike, the pack about managing anxiety on Headspace really helped me, you know, be more in control of my breath so that I don't let my breath just match my feelings of anxiety in that moment. Because I think you can easily just let the fear guide your breathing. And in that, you know, you lose control of your physiology, and then it's gone. Yes. I picked this one because I wanted to talk more about how that experience led you to understand your sense of discomfort. So it sounds like you were able to notice your breath and not allow your breath to be controlled by your fear. Yeah. I learned that I can trust myself. I learned that I'm able to slow things down, manage risk in a thoughtful way, and then move forward with more enjoyment for the experience that we're able to share as friends out in nature. Yeah. For me, doing this hike has genuinely changed something in my mind. It was like a pretty defining moment being on top of this mountain and overcoming this fear. And now I feel that I'm definitely gonna be able to build from this experience knowing that I can handle myself in this situation and actually seek discomfort from a healthy place, from an intentional place. And I'm even just thinking about sitting in meditation, sitting with your mind. I remember the first time I ever meditated, I was laying on my bedroom floor in my mom's house and I remember the instructor was like, okay, close your eyes and we're just gonna notice our breath and notice our thoughts. And that was the scariest thing that I had ever done because it's so easy to distract yourself, so easy to avoid certain things that are going on in your mind. And that was how I learned to understand my own discomfort of, wow, my mind is busy. And when you're meditating,...
