(gentle music) Welcome to Joshua Tree National Park. This year we're visiting all the beauty that our parks have to offer to show the connection between nature and mindfulness. And tap into the benefits the great outdoors can have on the reduction of stress, the improvement in mood, and overall wellbeing. We'll be sharing sleepcast, wind-downs, visual meditations, and our own personal journeys, all from some of America's most iconic and celebrated locations. We'll show you the wonder and the beauty of the national parks no matter where you are in the world, and we'll show you the ease of incorporating nature into your mindfulness practice. About your teachers

  • A former Buddhist monk, Andy has guided people in meditation and mindfulness for 20 years. In his mission to make these practices accessible to all, he co-created the Headspace app in 2010.
