Hi, my name is Dr. Jannell MacAulay. I'm a retired Air Force combat veteran, pilot, military commander, wife and mother specializing in mental skills training and mindful leadership. During my career in the Air Force, I was no stranger to operating in high-stress environments, as well as leading teams and my family through the intense pressures of modern life. Regardless of who we are and what we do, all of us face challenges, both at work and at home. Unfortunately for us, our minds tend to favor the role of a drunk monkey leaping from one branch to another in a constant state of distraction. That's why I'm thrilled to have this opportunity to collaborate with Headspace and create a collection dedicated specifically to helping you train your mind. So when you come face-to-face with those high pressure situations, you can confidently and comfortably count on yourself to perform at your best. So I'd like to officially welcome you to what we like to call mental strength training. In this collection, you'll find both audio and video sessions where I'll lay out some helpful tools to keep your mind sharp and ready for whatever's coming your way. Let's get started....
