Hey, do you struggle to get to sleep? Life is really good at keeping us awake. The lights go out and our mind goes on, thoughts of today, tomorrow, or just life racing around. Send them to sleep with Headspace. We have lots of content that will help you get those Zs in no time, and wind downs are a great place to start. These guided meditations and breathing exercises will help prepare the mind for sleep. The fullness of the moon glows softly on the beach at twilight. Next, we have sleepcasts. I can't get enough of these. Sleepcasts are immersive sleep stories to help calm the mind and relax the body. Deep in the woodlands of Southwest France. Within our sleepcasts, you can control if you'd like to hear more voice- The first rays of moonlight have just- Or less. You can fade away in a forest, lounge atop a lighthouse, or take the night train (yawns) to the land of nod. The night train hums softly. So there are moments where people are really struggling with either falling back to sleep or just going to sleep in the first place. Try an SOS for relaxing after a nightmare, being with pain at night, or quieting a racing mind. We also have sleep content for kids of all ages. (cheerful music) Tonight's episode is "The Count's Bedtime Castle." Are you starting to feel relaxed? Yeah, Elmo feels really relaxed. Our sleep content can help you get a more restful night's sleep.
