Hey Headspace. It's Raheem here. Checking in. I've got into meditation purely because I wanted to try something new. Hi, I'm Dora, a meditation teacher here at Headspace. I recently spent some time with international football star, Raheem Sterling. I dropped in with him to chat about football, life, and how he looks after his mind. (soothing music) I think another really powerful thing that you said there, and you said really being kind to yourself. I do feel like, you know when I am, you know, in that zone I do like to do things that I wouldn't normally do for myself to, to give myself some appreciations because it is really important, that kindness to yourself. And you said to, to make sure you know, that you are human at the end of the day. Yeah. I think self belief is so important, how I'm speaking to myself and seeing myself as a human being matters so much. And it's really encouraging to see you speak about believing in yourself and really like wanting to be who you are in this moment. So... I said, no one gives us the blueprint to life. Yeah. We're all we got. We need to spread the love. (soothing music)...
