(bright music) Fight procrastination. Procrastination. What a word. Huh? What a word. What does it really mean? Hmm. Maybe you should Google it. Or, maybe you could stop procrastinating and I could just tell you what it means. Procrastination means to put things off until the last minute. And then what started off a small problem becomes a big problem. Now ask yourself, "How did that happen?" Well, I'll tell you. I'll tell you how it happened! You let fear build up. And the more you go back and think about that thing that you're afraid of, you add a little more to the picture. Eventually, you've built something so horrifying that you don't wanna think about it anymore. So when you feel yourself, and you know the feeling that I'm talking about, I'm talking about the feeling of putting that thing off, I want you to talk yourself out of it. You have to recognize those thoughts as just that. They're thoughts! And here's the thing: thoughts don't even exist. Have you ever seen a thought? Huh? If so, describe a thought to me. Is a thought tall, small? Give me a description. You can't because you've never seen it. So what I want you to do is get out there and do your (crashing noise) tax return, change the address on your license, call your sister, your brother, your mother, your father, your best friend. Let's check those things off the list. (claps hands) And kill procrastination. (laughs) That's a good speech....
