Hey, it's Eve. It's great to see you again. When you came to Headspace, you came for a reason. And the beauty of mindfulness is that it can be applied to anything and everything you do. I found that a consistent practice helps my mind feel calmer and clearer on a daily basis. But I get it, it's hard to know where to start. That's why we have the Today tab. The Today tab is a daily feed of pre-selected content that will lead you throughout your day, from daily meditation sessions that help train the mind to be more mindful. No worries if you've never meditated before. Meditation is something that everyone can do. To an episode of our daily video series, The Wake Up, teaching you all about stress. I'm Dr. Sahar Yousef. Burnout uniquely impacts the brain and the body. I'll teach you how to spot the signs, as well as ways you can actively prevent burnout. Through an afternoon lift. By practicing mindfulness throughout the day, you'll become more aware of what you're feeling without being overwhelmed by what's around you.
