Hey Headspace, it's Raheem here, checking in. I got into meditation purely because I wanted to try something new. Hi, I'm Dora, a meditation teacher here at Headspace. I recently spent some time with international football star, Raheem Sterling. I dropped in with him to chat about football, life, and how he looks after his mind. (bright music) I've experienced certain feel-good factors, certain good experiences from it. And that's what I need to, you know, keep in my thought process to to know if you keep consistent. Yeah. You, you do reap the benefits, so. Yeah. I'm a simple person. I just give thanks for life. Yeah. I'm just very happy to be alive, and being lucky enough to be here, and have certain connection with certain people, having my kids, seeing them go to school. I'm just grateful for all that. I don't take anything for granted, you know? Yeah. Yeah. I think my practice has also allowed me to have that same sense of like appreciation and gratitude for every single moment because every single moment is so precious. And there's so much meaning and value and like even the little things, so I love that. (bright music)...
