(rain falling) There is a museum unlike any other, a place devoted entirely to rain. Not the kind that disrupts a day, but the kind that reshapes a space. Outside traffic moves slowly and footsteps echo along the pavement. Inside rainfall has become structure, texture, and rhythm. Visitors move through shifting patterns of water without umbrellas or coats. Surrounded by storms designed not to drench, but to transfix. (rain falling) Before we take a look around, let's take a moment for a brief wind down exercise. For tonight's wind down, you're going to use your imagination. So, get your imagination ready and let's begin. So, no matter what's been going on today, whether it's been a busy day or a calm one, this is an opportunity to put everything down, to let go of any inner chatter and find a place of rest in both body and the mind. So first, get yourself comfortable in bed. Just taking a moment to pause and be still. And when you're ready, taking a big, deep breath, breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth. (rain falling) And as you breathe out, allowing the body to sink down into your bed, feeling the weight of the body, allowing thoughts to come and go. (rain falling) Now imagining (rain falling) a steady flow of warm sunlight, (rain falling) flowing down through the body, (rain falling) dissolving any tension, any discomfort as it begins to fill the body (rain falling) starting with the toes, (rain falling) moving up through the feet and the legs, being filled with sunlight. (rain falling) The qualities of warmth, space, and ease as it continues to travel up through the body, (rain falling) up past the waist, (rain falling) to the back and the stomach. (rain falling) It's as though it washes away any discomfort. (rain falling) It continues up through the chest and the back, into the shoulders, and down the arms, all the way down to the hands and fingers. (rain falling) A sense of relief in the body (rain falling) and stillness in the mind (rain falling) as it continues to travel up through the neck and the throat, into the head and face, (rain falling) all the way to the very top of the body, (rain falling) until there's nothing other than the sense of stillness remaining. And now, just gently bring the attention back to the body. (rain falling) The glass cube installation sits within a softly lit, nearly empty gallery. The walls are pale and matte. Their surface faintly textured, absorbing excess light without reflection. The ceiling rises higher than expected, leaving a generous clearing. At the center of the room, a large, clear glass cube hangs in stillness. Its edges are clean and exact, catching a thin line of light along each corner. A tempered rain falls from the top interior of the cube. The droplets descend in neat vertical lines before meeting the bottom surface with a gentle, contained echo....
