Climb the steps of the Snooziverse Sleeper Bus. Charlie is behind the wheel tonight, so it's going to be a smooth ride. There's a spot right by the window, although this is more of a bed than a usual seat. It even has a quilt ready and waiting so you can get extra cozy on this journey. There's so much to see. We're already at the edge of Avenue ZZZ, past Indigo Gallery and the botanical building. Let's get ready for tonight's ride with a wind down. Tonight's exercise is a really simple breathing exercise. So when you're ready, let's begin. First, get yourself comfortable. Now just bringing the attention to the breath, just noticing where you feel it, in the nose, the throat, the chest, the diaphragm. You're nice and relaxed. We're going to be taking a deep breath in for four, holding it for four, and then breathing out for six. So are you ready? Let's begin. In for 4, 2, 3, 4. Hold it for 4, 2, 3, 4. Now breathing out for 6, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. In for 4, 2, 3, 4. Holding for 4, 2, 3, 4. Out for 6, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. In for 4, 2, 3, 4. Holding for 4, 2, 3, 4. Out for 6, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. In for 4, 2, 3, 4. Holding for 4, 2, 3, 4. Out for 6, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. Great. Now returning the breath to normal. The bus rolls across a small bridge of stacked white stones, each balanced perfectly against the other. Just below a meandering stream flows without hurry. Silver hints dash through the clear blue, blue-green, green-gray water. Maybe it's a school of fish weaving upstream or the street lamps reflecting in the shifting current. The bus winds into a grove of pine trees finding its orientation from orange ribbons looped around branches. The moon slips through the clouds, smiling on this forest, illuminating each pine needle with its own splash of bright. The bus stops near a certain pine tree with extra ribbons adorning the branches. The silent retreat is just up the way. A cottage built of gray stones, its humble shape, remarkable in the moonlight. June and Rico board the bus, sliding into the first seat by the door. Most passengers get extra bundled in the plush seats, but these two aren't going very far. The next stop is June and Rico's very own Sakura Hot Springs. Careful not to wake any sleeping passengers, they descend from the bus and disappear into a lush grove of cherry blossoms. The bus slows as it passes the old temple's perimeter worn by time, vines taking hold deep within the interlocking stone. The driver seems to acknowledge the wall is more of a symbol. It doesn't keep out the sound of his bus motor or any rumbles from the outside world. A series of bells float across the wall, their golden brass tones finding...
