All aboard the snooziverse sleeper bus. This is no regular ride. Every seat reclines into a cozy bed, complete with a fluffy pillow and quilt. Here's a spot right by the window, perfect to drift off to sleep or take in the passing scenery. As Charlie guides the bus away from the curb you see the Moonlight Library and Hushed Theater all closed up for tonight. As we move through Avenue ZZZ let's take a moment to wind down before we explore the rest of the snooziverse. Tonight's wind down is a visualization. So when you're ready, let's begin. So no matter what's been going on today, whether it's been a busy day or a calm one, this is an opportunity to put everything down, to let go of any inner chatter and find a place of rest in both the body and the mind. So first, get yourself comfortable in bed. Just taking a moment to pause and be still. Now imagining a steady flow of warm sunlight flowing down through the body, dissolving any tension, any discomfort as it begins to fill the body, starting with the toes, moving up through the feet and the legs, being filled with sunlight. The qualities of warmth, space, and ease as it continues to travel up through the body. Up past the waist, through the back, and the stomach. It's as though it washes away any discomfort. It continues up through the chest and the upper back, into the shoulders and down the arms, all the way down to the hands and fingers. A sense of relief in the body and stillness in the mind as it continues to travel up through the neck and the throat, into the head and face all the way to the very top of the body until there's nothing other than that sense of stillness remaining. And now just gently bringing the attention back to the body. The bus glides into Crescent Coast, a soft line between land and sea. The air is different here, damp and charged with salt. The bus passes through a foggy patchwork. The windows dotted with miniature clouds. The tide laps easy at the shore. Waves crash gently, foam crawling up the lighthouse door. It's a chilly night, but it is extra cozy inside the lighthouse. Clad in his thick cable knit sweater, Theo, the lighthouse keeper is on the lookout. With a mug of peppermint tea in hand he surveys the horizon with a calm eye. No one knows this landscape better than Theo. Tonight, a camper is snuggled in a hammock strung between two redwoods, reading by the light of a lantern. Just beneath this resting spot is a more established point of...
