(crickets softly chirping) Welcome, Dream Travelers. I'm so glad you've come back to our magical hot air balloon. I'm Astrid, the aeronaut, your trusty cloud conductor through Slumberland. Before we drift off, let's get comfy. Let your head sink softly into your pillow. Cozy up into your blanket until you feel just right. And if you'd like, close your eyes and think about your favorite colors from today. Maybe you saw a bright green frog hopping by or a shiny red strawberry or a golden yellow flower waving hello to the sun. Imagine each color glowing softly, like tiny nightlights as you snuggle into bed. Tonight, we're going somewhere truly special. It's a place where colors never sleep, even when the sun goes down. Here, every leaf glows green, every river shimmers blue, and friendly creatures sparkle in oranges, purples, and twinkling pinks. Even the darkness feels magical, full of soft, glowing light, and secret wonders waiting to be discovered. But before we can float away, we need to inflate the balloon by filling it with warm air. And the very best way to do that is with slow, gentle breaths. That's where I need your help. Are you ready to help our balloon rise? (wind softly blowing) (crickets softly chirping) First, to help fill the balloon with air, we need to take some deep breaths. Taking slow, gentle breaths, we'll calm our minds and clear our heads and help the balloon lift properly into the sky. Let's place our hands on our tummies and take a big breath in. Try it with me. Breathe in for four, one, two, three, four. And now let it all out with a big huff. Ooh. That's it. You're doing it. Let's go again. Big breath in. One, two, three, four, and out. Wow. We're starting to lift off. I can feel the hot air balloon rising. Another, in for one, two, three, four, and out. Another, in for one, two, three, four, and out. The balloon is almost full. Let's give it on last big breath. One, two, three, four, and phew, we're off. Amazing job. Now that we're climbing up, do you see the silver tree tops and grassy hills below? Wave to the sweet flowers on Earth, blooming beneath us in the moonlight. Now we're floating nice and easy above the clouds. Can you see them drifting past us? Can you see shapes in the clouds? What else do you see around us? You did it. Here we are in Slumberland. There are so many places to discover here by using our imagination. (air blowing) (rope creaking) (birds chirping) Look down there. A huge glow in the dark rainforest stretching for miles with colorful trees reaching high into the clouds. This is the Neon Rainforest. Wave hello to Fred, the friendly forest ranger. That's him standing on a platform high among the trees. He's lifting a pair of binoculars to get a better look at us. Would you like a pair...
