(insects chirping) Hello, dream travelers. I'm so happy to see you again. Welcome back to our magical hot air balloon. Are you ready to float off together and visit Slumberland? Let's start by snuggling into bed, nice and cozy. And whenever you're ready, you can gently close your eyes. I'm Astrid, the aeronaut, your guide for this journey. I float through the sky in my hot air balloon, and tonight, I have an extra sweet trip planned just for you. We're heading somewhere very special, a land of sweets, treats, and dreams. Imagine clouds made of fluffy pink cotton candy and mountains shaped like giant scoops of rocky road ice cream with snowy peaks of whipped cream. And everywhere you go, the air smells like warm cocoa and toasted marshmallows. But before we can visit our friends there, this big balloon needs a little help rising into the sky. What do you think? Can you help me get us ready for takeoff? (air whooshing gently) First, to help fill the balloon with air, we need to take some deep breaths. Taking slow, gentle breaths will calm our minds and clear our heads and help the balloon lift properly into the sky. Let's place our hands on our tummies and take a big breath in. Try it with me. Breathe in for four. One, two, three, four. (air humming gently) And now let it all out with a big huff. (air humming gently) Ooh. (wind whooshing) That's it. You're doing it. Let's go again. Big breath in. One, two, three, four, and out. (air whooshing) Wow, we're starting to lift off. I can feel the hot air balloon rising. Another. In for one, two, three, (air humming gently) four, and out. (air whooshing) Another. In for one, two, three, (air humming gently) four, and out. (air whooshing) The balloon is almost full! Let's give it one last big breath. One, two, three, (air humming gently) four, and phew! (wind roaring) (Astrid gasps) We're off! Amazing job! Now that we're climbing up, do you see the silver tree tops and grassy hills below? Wave to the sweet flowers on Earth, blooming beneath us in the moonlight. Now, we're floating nice and easy above the clouds. Can you see them drifting past us? (wind humming) (ropes creaking) Can you see shapes in the clouds? What else do you see around us? You did it! Here we are in Slumberland. There are so many places to discover here by using our imagination. If you look down again, you'll see our first destination. (insects chirping) As the hot air balloon moves away, we pass over the ocean, then up over a mountain range, then back down over a valley. In the distance, a colorful town comes into view. Lollipop trees swirl on the outskirts of the town. Instead of branches, these trees are made of twists of hardened sugar in the shape of red and white ribbons. If you look at them long enough, you'll grow calm and sleepy. (birds chirping) What's...
