Good evening and welcome to Raindrop Soaps, the perfect place to escape the rain and to dry off. In the center of the store below the rain spattered skylights, a brightly dressed shopkeeper quietly moves between the three tables as she organizes a display dedicated to different scents and soaps. She arranges by color and then scent, placing bars of luxurious lavenders, coral colored rose wood, and finally a forest green exfoliating cypress and pine scented lava soap into a pastoral gradient. In the back of the store on a large teak desk, miniature bottles with different essential oils are filled. The shop's owner is careful to not spill a drop, each pour measured out perfectly by hand. She finishes one last bottle for the night as the smell of grapefruit, sea salt and pine emanates from the bottle. She caps the bottle with a small piece of cork as the different colored oils swirl together in a twist of amber, yellow and blush pink. Before we begin this journey for the senses, let's deepen that sense of relaxation with a short wind down exercise. Tonight's exercise is a really simple breathing exercise. So when you're ready, let's begin. So first, get yourself comfortable. Now just bringing the attention to the breath. Just noticing where you feel it. In the nose, the throat, the chest, the diaphragm. You're nice and relaxed. We're going to be taking a deep breath in for four, holding it for four and then breathing out for six. So are you ready? Let's begin in for four, two, three, four, hold it for four, two, three four. Now breathing out for six, two, three, four, five, six. In for four, two, three, four. Holding for four, two, three, four. Out for six, two, three, four, five, six. In for for two, three, four. Holding for four, two, three, four. Out for six, two, three, four, five, six. In for four, two, three, four. Holding for four, two, three, four. Out for six, two, three, four, five, six. Great, now returning the breath to normal....
