Far beyond the gentle curves of this quiet country lane, past the rolling pastures and golden fields of wheat sits the harvest inn, a majestic bed and breakfast cherished by locals and our destination for the evening. Elegant and inviting all at once, the harvest inn is a favorite retreat for travelers and vacations alike. Most of whom like you are simply seeking a relaxing getaway, a place to catch their breath and slow down a bit no matter the season. The oak front door carefully preserved for nearly a century leads directly into a spacious sitting room where a large crackling fire has been patiently awaiting your arrival. An armchair across from the cobblestone fireplace invites you to sit and admire the various amenities that surround you for every room of the harvest inn has its own story to tell. As you settle yourself in for the evening, let's begin with a short wind down exercise. Tonight's exercise is a really simple breathing exercise. So when you're ready, let's begin. Hold it for four, two, three, four. Now breathing out for six, two, three, four, five, six. In for four, two, three, four. Holding for four, two, three, four. Out for six, two, three, four, five, six. In for four, two, three, four. Holding for four, two, three, four. Out for six, two, three, four, five, six. In for four, two, three, four. Holding for four, two, three, four. Out for six, two, three, four, five, six. Great, now returning the breath to normal. Down the hallway to your left, you'll see the formal dining room. One of the most stately rooms here at the inn. You're always welcome to take a seat at whichever chair you'd like. The kitchen here at the end can whip up anything your heart desires. They specialize in what some people call comfort food, but be sure to ask for anything you might be craving. No request is too great or too small. There truly is nothing better than a good meal with good people, learning about other guests lives and hearing their fascinating stories. And the guests here at the inn sure do have some stories to tell. They come from all over the world and often have marvelous experiences to share, though they're equally interested in hearing tales of your life as well. Have you ever noticed how when you're having excellent conversations and the flickering candles on the table cast a soft glow over the room? It can feel like you're wrapped up tight in an invisible blanket. Down the hallway to your left, you'll...
