Hello there. Welcome back to Alistair's Dream Boutique, a place that feels like a museum of imagination. Feel free to hang up your coat and explore the array of unique snow globes inside. You might just discover a snow globe you never thought possible. That's the magic of creativity, isn't it? Before we take a look, let's take a moment for a wind-down exercise. Tonight's exercise is a really simple breathing exercise. So when you're ready, let's begin. So first, get yourself comfortable. Now just bringing the attention to the breath, just noticing where you feel it, in the nose, the throat, the chest, the diaphragm. You're nice and relaxed. We're going to be taking a deep breath in for four, holding it for four, and then breathing out for six. So, are you ready? Let's begin. In for four, two, three, four. Hold it for four, two, three, four. Now breathing out for six, two, three, four, five, six. In for four, two, three, four. Holding for four, two, three, four. Out for six, two, three, four, five, six. In for four, two, three, four. Holding for four, two, three, four. Out for six, two, three, four, five, six. In for four, two, three, four. Holding for four, two, three, four. Out for six, two, three, four, five, six. Great. Now returning the breath to normal. There's a faint scent of cinnamon hanging in the air from a singular lit candle. Every so often, you can hear a small bell, shaped like a bird hanging at the entrance door. It jingles with each new visitor, giving the shop a certain rhythmic familiarity. Alistair has crafted a myriad of snow globes over the years, and some of the most astonishing are here on display. In one corner, an apprentice polishes a snow globe, showcasing an underwater spectacle. There's a gold-plated name tag pinned to his wool sweater that reads the name Finn. His wind swept dark hair matches his brown eyes that are absorbed on the snow globe in his hands. If you peer closely, you can spot a yellow submarine drifting among a school of orange and white-striped clownfish, gracefully suspended within the globe's bright blue aquatic realm. Even a tiny starfish seems to crawl across the sandy seabed. Two children snug in their fluffy scarves and green knit mittens stand mesmerized by a most unusual snow globe. Inside, a model Earth floats quietly amidst a swirling nebula of the Milky Way galaxy. As they gave of the snow globe a soft shake, it releases silver snowflakes that dazzle against the painted cosmic hues and spins the galaxy in a circular rotation. For those seeking more traditional snow globe delights, there's an entire section dedicated to cheerful winter wonderlands. One snow globe holds a black steam train that chugs through snow-covered mountain ranges. Another snow globe reveals a group of carolers ice skating in the falling snowflakes. In another, white snow owls perch on tree branches and gaze sleepily...
