Hello there. Welcome back to Alistair's Dream Boutique, a place that feels like a museum of imagination. Feel free to hang up your coat and explore the array of unique snow globes inside. You might just discover a snow globe you never thought possible. That's the magic of creativity, isn't it? Before we take a look, let's take a moment for a wind-down exercise. Tonight's exercise is a really simple breathing exercise. So when you're ready, let's begin. So first, get yourself comfortable. Now just bringing the attention to the breath, just noticing where you feel it, in the nose, the throat, the chest, the diaphragm. You're nice and relaxed. We're going to be taking a deep breath in for four, holding it for four, and then breathing out for six. So, are you ready? Let's begin. In for four, two, three, four. Hold it for four, two, three, four. Now breathing out for six, two, three, four, five, six. In for four, two, three, four. Holding for four, two, three, four. Out for six, two, three, four, five, six. In for four, two, three, four. Holding for four, two, three, four. Out for six, two, three, four, five, six. In for four, two, three, four. Holding for four, two, three, four. Out for six, two, three, four, five, six. Great. Now returning the breath to normal. On this cloudy evening, Alistair stands tall in his cranberry red canvas apron. He's focused on a snow globe the size of a ping pong ball. If you look closely, you can see his name embroidered on his apron, the cursive letter A embellished by a silver snowflake. Designed with multiple pockets for small tools, a pair of magnifying glasses are peeking out, conveniently placed for effortless use. For this intricate task, however, Alistair reaches for the magnifying lamp on his work desk. The illuminated lens offers both magnification and a clarifying light. Alistair's appearance seems to be as timeless as the snow globes he creates. Some say he has looked the same for as long as anyone can remember. His age, a mystery, even to those who have lived in Snowville their entire lives. His hair, a warm hue, reminiscent of autumn leaves on a sugar maple tree, appears almost sunlit. But by the looks of things outside, that's far from likely. His weathered yet youthful features, paired with the friendly glint in his eyes, conveys a rascally charm. Alistair's aging ears have yet to dim the youthful spark within him. The snow outside continues to blanket the town in a sleepy quiet. While inside, the faint clinks of Alistair's careful work chime through the boutique. His store is more than just a place to buy keepsakes. It's a safe place for dreamers. Each snow globe he crafts tells a unique story and becomes an extension of himself. There's a faint scent of cinnamon hanging in the air from a singular lit candle. Every so often, you can hear a small bell,...
