Better mental health starts with Headspace

(light music) Hi there. It's me, Alan, from Sesame Street. And you're listening to "Goodnight World!", a sleepcast where your friends at Sesame Street and Headspace Studios help you get ready for bed. Goodnight, world. Goodnight, world. Goodnight, world. Goodnight, world. Goodnight, world. Goodnight, world. Goodnight, world. (light music continues) Tonight's episode is... "The Count's Bedtime Castle". Oh, I'm very glad you're here. It's me, Alan. And I'm on my way to visit a friend. It's so nice that you're joining me. I'm here at the Count's castle. I love visiting the Count's castle and knocking on his great big door. It makes such a fun sound. And since I'm visiting the Count, I like to count the knocks, too. (hand thuds) One knock. (hand thuds) Two knocks. (hand thuds) (door creaking) Three knocks! Three knocks! (Count laughs) (Alan laughs) Ah, thank you for those three knocks, my friend. You know how I love to count them. Oh, I hope I didn't wake you up because I see you're wearing your pajamas. Oh, not at all, not at all. I am hosting a pajama party tonight for all of my little nieces and nephews. (muffled kids talking) Oh, I can hear that. They, they do love having sleepovers here. There is so much to count at that their Uncle Count's castle. I can believe that. Ah, yes, so much to count. Let me see. There are 41 rooms, 27 chandeliers, 91 doors, 31 closets, 126 windows. Oh, and 14 stairways with a total of 301 stairs. Wow. Ah, plus the 32 sofas, 27 easy chairs, oh also 72,000 bathroom tiles and 22 soap dishes. And one, count it, one fang brush. Whoa, this is going to be one, one very number-filled pajama party. Oh, and by the way, I do love your pajamas with those cute little black cats on them and that little blanket you're carrying with those cute little black bats. (sheep baas) Wait a minute. Count, is that a sheep I hear? It is a sheep! Ah, well, of course it is, Alan. Now there are two, no three of them. Count, why are there so many sheep here in the castle? Ah, perhaps you did not know. Bo Peep lets me borrow her sheep from time to time. Ah, let me guess. You like to count them, right? Exactly. Counting sheep when it is almost bedtime always makes me really sleepy. Here, I will show you, Alan. Little sheepy, will you and your friends help me to demonstrate? (sheep baas) One, one sheep. Two, two sheep. Three, three sleepy sheep. (Count snores) (thunder rumbling) I'm back. What what what what what what? (Alan chuckles) Perhaps I better not count too many sheep right now. It is bedtime for my nieces and nephews, but not quite bedtime for me, the Count. Well, it sounds like this will be a very sleepy castle tonight. For everyone else, yes, Alan. But I think that I will have a really really hard time getting to sleep tonight. Oh....
