(bright music) Hey, hey. It's me, it's JJ from "CoComelon." And I'm Dora from Headspace, and this is "Wiggle to Wind Down." ♪ Where we wiggle and stretch and take cozy, deep breaths ♪ ♪ Let's get ready for a story quest ♪ Tonight's story is "Gilly's First Airplane Ride." (bell chimes) Hi friends. Tonight's story's about something that flies in the sky. Hmm. Is it a bird? No. Here's a hit. People can ride in it. Hmm. Is it a flying bus? Dora, no, it's an airplane. Oh, that's right. Tonight's story about an airplane and a giraffe named Gilly who goes on his very first airplane ride. Yeah. Let's read it now. Not so fast, JJ. Aren't we forgetting something? Oh, yeah. Our story steps. First, we have to wiggle, wiggle, wiggle. Then stretch our bodies. Then take cozy, deep breaths. That's right, JJ. And after each step, we get a Sleepy Star. (bell chimes) When we get all three Sleepy Stars... (bell chiming) We'll know our bodies are calm and ready to listen to tonight's story. "Gilly's First Airplane Ride." All right, friends, are you ready to earn our first Sleepy Star? Yeah. You found a comfy spot on the floor? Yep. And we are ready to wiggle, wiggle, wiggle. Perfect. Tonight's story is all about Gilly the Giraffe taking his very first flight through the clouds, but before he can soar, we have to get our airplane engines ready. (JJ vocalizing) Yes, JJ, that's a great idea. We can use our airplane voices. Let's pretend we're driving really fast on the runway and we're about to take off. Let's quietly say... Vroom. Vroom. Perfect vrooms, little airplane engines. Next we need to lift our airplane up into the air. Let's say up, up, up. Up, up, up. Wonderful. Let's make the sound of our airplane flying through the sky. Use your quiet voices to say, "Whoosh." Vroom. Whoosh. Vroom. (JJ laughing) Ooh, guess what that music means? It's time for an airplane wiggle party. That's right. Let's pretend we're airplanes and our arms are the wings. Stretch them out wide to the side. Now gently tilt to one side. Tilting my airplane wings to one side. Whoosh. Whoosh. And to the other side. Now the other side. And whoosh. Whoosh. This is so fun. Now let's make our airplane fly lower to see the city lights. Bend your knees and scrunch down low. Scrunching down. Whoosh. My airplane is flying so low. Whoosh. Vroom. Wonderful. Now let's fly your airplane up high to see the clouds. Stand up tall. Standing up tall. Arms out wide. Arms out wide. And whoosh. Whoosh. Look at all those puffy clouds. Great job flying airplanes. One more time. Airplanes fly back down, close to the ground, scrunch low. Back down low. Whoosh. And airplanes land and come to a stop. Woo. Dora, I'm getting all my airplane wiggles out. You sure are, JJ. (bell chimes) Dora, that sounds means we got our first...
