(bright music) Hi, friends at home. I'm so happy you're here. Oh, oh, Dora, did you tell them about tonight's best friends? (laughs) Not just yet, JJ. Okay, good. I didn't want to miss it. You're right on time. Friends, tonight's story is about two very special bubbles. Their names are Flow and Pip. And they are best friends. Yep, Flow and Pip are best friends, and in tonight's story, we follow their floating adventure, But before Dora can read it to us, we have to do three things to help our minds and bodies get ready to listen. That's right. JJ. Can you tell our friends about these steps? Yep. First, we wiggle, wiggle, wiggle. Then we stretch, and last we take cozy, deep breaths. (JJ inhales deeply) (JJ exhales deeply) Nicely done, JJ. Thank you. Ooh, and each time we complete a step, we get a Sleepy Star, like this. (birds chirping) (star dings) Once we've earned all three Sleepy Stars, (stars ding) (bright music) it's time for me to read tonight's story, "Flow and Pip's Bubble Trip." (birds chirping) (gentle music) Friends, are you ready to get our first Sleepy Star? Yeah! We found a comfy spot on the floor, and we're ready to wiggle. Wonderful. Tonight's story is all about bubbles, so let's pretend we're bubbles too. Let's use our voices to quietly say what kind of bubbles we wanna be. Maybe a big bubble. Pop. Or a teeny, tiny bubble. Pop. (JJ laughs) Pop! (bubble pops) That was a big bubble. Pop! (bubble pops) That was a tiny bubble. Pop! (bubble pops) Dora, that last one was a really long bubble. (JJ laughs) (laughs) I could tell. Wonderful bubble pops, everyone. Now let's pretend to be bubbles with our whole bodies. Hold up your hands. Now, touch your fingers and thumbs together to make a circle shape like a bubble. Fingers and thumbs together. Hey, my hands look like a bubble. Great job. Let's make our little bubble float up into the air. Raise your bubble as high as you can, up, up, up. You can even stand on your tippy toes if you want. Up, up, up. My bubble is flying so high. Amazing. Now let's bend our knees, scrunch down, and let our bubble float. ♪ Low, low, low ♪ (JJ laughs) ♪ Low, low, low ♪ ♪ My bubble is floating so low ♪ (JJ laughs) Fantastic bubbles, everyone.
