(upbeat music) Hey. Hi. It's me. It's JJ from "Cocomelon." And I'm Dora from "Headspace." And this is "Wiggle to Wind Down." ♪ Where we wiggle and stretch ♪ ♪ And take cozy, deep breaths ♪ ♪ Let's get ready for a story, class ♪ Tonight's story is "Ziggy's Comfy Cocoon." (bright music) Hi friends. Guess who I am. Yum, yum, yum, yum. Munch, munch, mm. Hmm. Are you Ziggy the caterpillar from tonight's story? Are you snacking on leaves again? (JJ laughs) I am. Ziggy's getting ready to build a cocoon so he can turn into a butterfly just like his sister Dottie. That's right. Dottie used to be a caterpillar just like Ziggy. And tonight's story is all about how Dottie helped Ziggy find the perfect spot for his cocoon. I can't wait for you to read it, Dora, but first we have to do three things to help our minds and bodies get ready to listen. You got it, JJ. Step one. We wiggle. Step two. We stretch. Step three. We take cozy, deep breaths. (JJ exhales) That's it, JJ. And each time we complete a step, we get a sleepy star, like this. (bright music) Once we have all three sleepy stars- (bright music) It's time for Dora to read tonight's story, "Ziggy's Comfy Cocoon." Dora, my friends and I found a comfy spot on the floor and we're ready to wiggle, wiggle, wiggle. You are? Okay. But are you ready to wiggle like fuzzy little caterpillars? Yeah. Good. Because that's what we're pretending to be tonight. Caterpillars are fuzzy bugs with lots of feet. And, they love to crunch on leaves before they turn into butterflies. That's it. Let's all pretend we're fuzzy little caterpillars eating a big, crunchy leaf. Hold your leaf in your hands and take tiny, quiet bites. Yum, yum, yum. Munch, munch, munch. Yum, yum, yum. Munch, munch, munch. Yum, yum. Mm. This leaf is yummy. (JJ laughs) Excellent tiny, quiet bites, everyone. (upbeat music) Oh, do you know what that music means? It's time for a caterpillar wiggle party. Caterpillars have lots of tiny feet that take tiny steps. Let's take tiny caterpillar steps on our tiptoes. Tiptoe, tiptoe. (JJ laughs) I'm taking tiny steps. Tiptoe tiptoe. Wonderful teeny caterpillar steps, everyone. Caterpillars also have two little antennas on top of their heads. Let's put our hands on top of our heads and wiggle our fingers Like Ziggy's wiggly antennas. Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, wiggle. (JJ laughs) Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, wiggle. That's how Ziggy shows he's excited. Yes. Love those antenna wiggles. Do you know what else wiggles on a caterpillar? Ooh. Their whole bodies when they move. That's right, JJ. When caterpillars move, their whole bodies wiggle. Let's move our shoulders and bellies back and forth to gently wiggle our bodies like a caterpillar. Wiggle, wiggle. Wiggle, wiggle. And caterpillars stop. Whew. It's so fun to get all my caterpillar wiggles out. (bright music) Whew. All right, friends, you did it....
