(playful music) Hey, hey, it's me. It's JJ from "Cocomelon." And I'm Dora from "Headspace." And this is "Wiggle to Wind Down." ♪ Where we wiggle and scratch and take cozy, deep breaths ♪ ♪ Let's get ready for a story quest ♪ Tonight's story is "Rainy Day Puddles." (rain pattering) (bright music) Hi, friends at home. It's me, Dora. And me, JJ. Hey, Dora, listen. (rain pattering) It's raining. Ooh, I hear it, JJ. Is that why you picked tonight's story? It is! I love that connection you made. Can you tell our friends what it's about? Yeah! Tonight's story is about me! It's about my rainy day adventure, playing in rain puddles with my friend Boo the Rain Boots, Cora the Raincoat, and Ella the Umbrella. (laughs) Hmm, I wonder if I know anyone else who loves to play in rainy day puddles. Dora, our friends at home do too! They do? (laughs) Yeah. But first, Dora, we have to do three things to get our minds and bodies ready to listen. Right. First, we wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, and move our bodies. Second, we stretch our bodies really big. And last, we get comfy, cozy, and take deep breaths. Want to hear the best part? Each time we complete a step, we get a sleepy star. And sleepy stars sound like this. (bells chime) And when we hear that sound, it means we're one step closer to hearing the story. Yep, once we have all three sleepy stars, it will be time for me to read tonight's story, "Rainy Day Puddles." Dora, I found a comfy spot on the floor. I'm ready to wiggle and get our first sleepy star. (laughs) All right, JJ. (playful music) Can our friends at home find a comfy spot on the floor? Hmm, I wonder, do you think we can make the sound of rain using just our hands? Just our hands? That's right. Let's try it. Start by gently rubbing your hands together really soft. (hands swishing) And while we do that, let's whisper, "Drip, drip, drip." (water dripping) (laughs) Drip, drip, drip, drip, drip, drip. Oh, Dora, it sounds like tiny raindrops. Fantastic. Now let's help it rain a little more. Let's very gently clap our hands together and say... ♪ Drip drop, drip drop ♪ ♪ Drip drop, drip drop, drip drop ♪ ♪ Drip drop, drip drop, drip drop ♪ ♪ Pat, pat, pat, pat, pat ♪ Wonderful. Now it's time for a big rainstorm. Let's pat the top of our legs light and fast. And let's say, "Pat, pat, pat, pat, pat." (laughs) I'm patting my legs. Pat, pat, pat, pat, pat. It sounds like so much rain. Now, let's pretend the rain is slowing down again. Let's very gently clap our hands together and say, "Drip drop, drip drop." (water dripping) (laughs) Drip drop, drip drop, drip drop, drip. Look, the rainy clouds are going away. Excellent rainstorm, everyone. (bright music) Oh, do you hear that music, JJ? (water dripping) It means... It's time...
