And this is Wiggle to Wind Down. ♪ Where we wiggle and scratch and take cozy, deep breaths ♪ ♪ Let's get ready for a story quest ♪ Tonight's story is Moo The Cow Finds His Way Home. Hey friends, it's me, Dora. Are you excited for tonight's story, JJ? I am. Because I love farms. And tonight's story is about a very curious cow who lives on a farm. He follows a butterfly. You got it. Moo The Cow follows a butterfly a little too far and he has to find his way back to his barn. Ooh, I can't wait for our friends at home to hear it. Me too. But we have to help our bodies get ready. First, we wiggle, wiggle, wiggle. Second, stretch our body big. Last, we get comfy and take deep belly breaths. And every time we do a step, we get a sleepy star. That's right. Sleepy stars sound like this. (sleepy stars chiming) When we hear that sound, we're one step closer to the story. And when we have all three... (sleepy stars chiming) It's time to hear tonight's story Moo The Cow Finds His Way Home. All right, friends, are you ready to get our first sleepy star? Yeah, we're ready. Okay. Let's start by finding a comfy spot on the floor where we've got room to wiggle. Tonight's story is about Moo The Cow. Hmm. Why do you think his name is Moo? Oh, oh, maybe his name is Moo because that's the sound of cow makes. Moo! That's exactly right, JJ. A cow says, moo. (cow moos) Let's all pretend we're cows. And in your teeniest quietest voice, let's hear you say moo. Moo. Moo. Moo. Wonderful quiet moos everyone. (upbeat music) Ooh, I hear music. Guess what that music means? Is it time for a Moo The Cow wiggle party? It sure is. While the music plays, let's put our hands and knees on the floor and crawl like we're a cow. While we're crawling, we can do quiet moves. Dora, I'm a cow. Moo. Moo. And stop. Excellent cow walks and moos everyone. Now let's stand back up on our feet. In tonight's story, Moo The Cow is a little bit lost, but guess what? He has a friend who comes to help him. Her name is Ren. She's a brown bird with a round belly and cute little beak. That's right, JJ. Ren is a teeny-tiny bird and takes teeny tiny steps and flaps her teeny-tiny wings. Let's use our tippy-toes to take tiny steps and use our hands to flap our tiny wings, just like Ren the bird. ♪ Tippy-toe, tippy-toe, teeny-tiny steps ♪ ♪ Flippity-flop, teeny-tiny wings ♪ ♪ Tippy-toe, tippy-toe, teeny-tiny steps ♪ ♪ Flippity-flop, teeny-tiny wings ♪ You're doing such a great job, little birds.
