(bright music) Hey, hey. It's me, (laughing) it's JJ from "Cocomelon." And I'm Dora from Headspace. And this is Wiggle to Wind Down. ♪ Where we wiggle and stretch ♪ ♪ And take cozy deep breaths ♪ ♪ Let's get ready for a story class ♪ Tonight's story is, how Baby Dinosaur made the perfect lullaby. (bright music) Welcome. Hey, friends at home. It's me, Dora. I'm so happy you're here. (upbeat music) JJ told me you love dinosaurs. Is that true? Yeah. Yeah. It is? Yeah, we all love dinosaurs. Then you're gonna love tonight's story. That's right. It's all about a dinosaur named Baby Dinosaur, and she wants to create the perfect lullaby for her teddy bear. Ooh, before I start reading, do you wanna hear the really cool way we get ready for a story here? We do three steps to help our minds and bodies get ready to listen. Number one, we wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, and move our bodies. Number two, we stretch our bodies really big. And number three, we get comfy cozy and take deep breaths. Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle. (laughing) Stretch. (deep breathing) Cozy deep breaths. And do you wanna hear my favorite part? Each time you complete a step. We get a special sleepy star. (bright dinging) (laughing) That's right. When we hear this sound. (bright dinging) It means we got a sleepy star. (bright dinging) And when we get three sleepy stars, it's time for me to read tonight's story. (upbeat music) Tonight's story is about a baby dinosaur. And guess what? What? We're going to pretend to be baby dinosaurs. Can I hear your quiet, teeny, baby dinosaur roar? Roar. Roar. Roar. That was wonderful. Now, let's move our bodies like dinosaurs. Hmm. What kind of dinosaur should we be? Oh, I know. Let's pretend we are a dinosaur with short little arms and big, stompy legs. I love that idea, JJ. Let's do big, slow dinosaur stomps with our big dinosaur legs. Lift one foot high. Feel your foot getting big and heavy. And stomp it down into the squishy mud. (mud squelching) I'm stomping in the squishy mud. Now, lift your foot, heavy and strong, and stomp again. (mud squelching) Good. Let's do a few more together. Ready? Big stomp. (stomp booming) Another big stomp. (stomp booming) Squishy stomp. (mud squelching) Muddy stomp. (stomp booming) Two more stomps. (stomps booming) (laughing) Stomp, stomp, stomp, stomp, stomp. (laughing) Great stomping, little dinosaurs. (upbeat music) (gasping) Do you hear that music? Guess what that music means? (gasping) It's time for a baby dinosaur wiggle party. That's right.
