(gentle xylophone music) Hey, hey. It's me, it's JJ from Cocomelon! And I'm Dora from Headspace. And this is "Wiggle to Wind Down." ♪ Where we wiggle and stretch and take cozy, deep breaths ♪ ♪ Let's get ready for a story quest ♪ Tonight's story is "How Gus Became a Snowflake." (gentle xylophone music) Hi friends, do you wanna hear a snow secret? Every snowflake is different! Ooh, that is a good secret, JJ, because from far away, snow looks the same, right? But if you look really close, you'll see every single snowflake is different. That's what tonight's story is about, it's about a snowflake named Gus. Well, she's almost a snowflake. That's right. Every snowflake is one of a kind, and as soon as Gus puts on her special outfit, she'll be a full snowflake ready to flutter down. But before we hear Gus' story, we have to make sure our minds and bodies are ready to listen. (chuckles) That's right. We have to do three things. First, we wiggle, wiggle, wiggle. Second, we stretch our bodies really big. And last. We take cozy, deep breaths. (JJ breathing deeply) That's right. And each time we finish a step, we get a sleepy star. Like this. (xylophone note rings gently) And when we have all three sleepy stars. (gentle xylophone music) That means our minds and bodies are ready for the story, "How Gus Became a Snowflake." All right, friends, are you ready to get our first sleepy star? Yeah. I found a comfy spot and I'm ready to wiggle. Wonderful. Tonight's story is all about how every snowflake is different. So let's pretend to be all kinds of snowflakes using our voices. Let's start by pretending we're a teeny, tiny snowflake, way up high in the sky. In your highest, sparkliest quiet voice, let's say swoosh, swoosh, wee! Swoosh, swoosh, wee! Now let's pretend we're a big sleepy snowflake, drifting down slowly. In your lowest, slowest, quiet voice, say swoosh, swoosh, wee! Swoosh, swoosh, wee! Terrific! Let's do one more, and this time let's pretend we're a twirling snowflake spinning all around. In your twirliest, spinning voice, say, swoosh, swoosh, wee! Swoosh, swoosh, wee! Great snowflake voices. (snow crunching) (gasps) Did you hear that? (gasps) It's time for a snowflake wiggle party! Let's wiggle as different snowflakes. First, let's pretend to be a pointy snowflake. Put your hands on top of your head like a tall triangle, nice and pointy. Now bend your knees and wiggle your pointy snowflake all the way down to the ground. Scrunch all the way down. I'm a pointy snowflake. Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle down to the ground. Wonderful pointy snowflakes. And pop back up. (giggles) Pop back up. Now let's be a sparkly snowflake. Hold out your hands out to your sides and shake your wrists. Now bend your knees and wiggle your sparkly snowflake all the way down to the ground. Scrunch, scrunch. I'm a sparkly snowflake. Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, scrunch....
