So whatever today has been, whatever you're still holding or carrying, we're gonna try to meet this moment with care and kindness. You don't have to quiet the mind, and if thoughts are drifting, looping, or replaying, that's okay. Just allowing them to come and go on their own. Now, taking a slow, deep breath in through the nose and a soft breath out through the mouth, allowing the eyes to close. And with each breath, you might imagine just setting something down. Now, silently offering yourself a few kind words. May I be gentle and kind with myself. May I release the need to hold everything. And may my body begin to settle in its own time. And just continuing these phrases, resting your focus on each word, allowing kindness to soften the body and letting sleep arrive in its own time....
