Hi and welcome to Headspace. So before you sit down and eat today with your friends, your family, whoever it might be, it's always good just to take a moment to appreciate, to feel grateful for the food that we have, for the people that we have around us, for all of the good fortune that we might have in our life. Though it's really tempting, once we get into the eating experience to kind of forget about those things, to lose sight, to lose that sense of connection with being grateful and appreciative. So as you eat today, just staying connected to that feeling, coming back to that feeling, enjoying the food, staying connected with the people around you but coming back to that sense of appreciation and gratitude throughout your meal....
