(chill music) There it is, that feeling. Maybe you can't even point to exactly why, just a hum of unease, a sense of tightness somewhere in your chest, maybe this feeling that something might go wrong, even when everything seems fine. That feeling of uneasiness doesn't always need a reason, but sometimes, we need a reminder to pause, to rest, and redirect, so let's take a moment together, allowing the sounds to be our anchor to the present moment and just following its rhythm. (chill music continues) Breathing in, hold, and out. Hold, in, hold, out. Hold, feel the breath as a physical thing, air moving in and air moving out. Know that you are here. In this moment, you are safe. This feeling is real, but it's not the truth of what's happening. It's just weather, and weather passes.
