(serene music) It's late. Your body is tired, but your mind didn't get the memo. Maybe it's replaying today or planning for tomorrow. And that's just what the thinking mind does. It believes that if it keeps going, it can create control or certainty. But for right now, you don't have to fix anything. You don't have to solve anything. This is an opportunity for you to set it all down. And whatever feels urgent can wait for these next few moments. So allowing your body to soften, feeling the weight of the body being supported, and just allowing the music to guide you to a place of rest. Breathing in and out, in and out. Breathing in and out. Letting the exhale be long and easy. Slowing the breath down as you breathe in and out. You don't need to figure anything out tonight. You just need to rest. Noticing this breath, and then the next one. Breathing in and out. Everything else can wait....
