As you transition between work and family or family and work, let's take a moment just for yourself. A moment to pause, breathe, and reflect to make this transition as easeful as possible. So if you can, gently closing your eyes. And taking a nice, slow, and deep breath in through your nose, and a steady breath out through your mouth. Allowing your shoulders to drop. And letting the day begin to loosen its grip. Now reflecting on one or two things you can appreciate about what's come before this moment. Maybe it's an experience that you had, a moment that was shared, or something you did that you're proud of. And just allowing that acknowledgement to sink in. What you do each day matters, even if it doesn't always feel like it. So just allowing that feeling of appreciation to fill and rest in the body for a few breaths. And then taking another deep breath here, releasing any lingering tension or pressure. And remember, you don't have to carry it with you. You can start fresh and begin again right here and right now. And by taking this time to appreciate your efforts, we can create space in our minds and bodies for what's next....
