Hi, and welcome to Headspace on reset. So, no matter what's been going on throughout the rest of your day, just take a moment to pause. So, this is about letting go of everything else that's happened to this moment. Resetting both the body and the mind. So, make sure you've got somewhere to sit comfortably, where you're not going to be disturbed for the next couple of minutes. And just take a deep breath, breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. In fact, take a couple of breaths. And as you breathe out, just an idea, a sense of letting go all the things, conversations, everything that's happened up to this moment. Just putting it all down. And as you exhale the next breath, just gently closing the eyes. And as you close the eyes, just aware the feelings, the sensations in the body. Not ignoring the thoughts but just bringing the attention into the sensation of the weight pressing down into the surface beneath you, the feet on the floor. Allowing the thoughts to come and go. Just letting them come to their own natural place of rest. Becoming increasingly aware the feelings in the body, the sensations in the body and the movement of breath and the body, that rising and falling sensation, without breathing in any special way. And just a sense that with each out breath, body and the mind let go a little bit more. Just following each out breath all the way to the end. And as you start to become more aware again of the body, the sensations, the sounds around you and in your own time, just opening your eyes again....
